In the VINEYARD

We work in the vineyards throughout the entire year laying the foundation for the quality of our wines. Planting, pruning and watching the vines, pre-selections, control and much, much manual labor are all essential parts of growing healthy fruit. This also provides us with a daily reminder of our responsibility to nature. Sustainable, environmentally sound work is a given thing for us.
